Safe and high speed roads represent the maturity of infrastructures in the countries. The dynamics and the necessity of continuous development in routes have led to assign a great deal of funds to this kind of projects. Therefore and due to the large amount of earth work and applying numerous machines and man power, the optimization and cost and time management in highway and freeway projects are mainly considered in evaluation of management abilities of   construction complexes.  After Islamic revolution of Iran, SDM Company had an initiative role in implementation of road construction projects in late 70’s and 80’s. Construction of Qom-Kashan and Qazvin-Rasht highways and Baghcheh-Neyshabur road without any delay, plus many connection routes in harsh climate indicate that this complex is committed to the sustainable development of this land.
