41 years with SDM
With the support of valuable experience and the high efforts of the experts and managers of SDM, the complex has turned 41! The past increased the experiences and yet the future ahead is encouraging. Since the company’s foundation on June 1979 so far, all the efforts have been focused on development of Iran. In order to achieve the goals ahead, the existing difficulties and special conditions will be solved with prudence and thought, and with the firm determination of keeping on, the peaks of success are promised to be conquered.
Earning the contractors’ qualification certificate
The process of re-earning the credit for contractors’ qualification is facilitated and expedited if only the respective complex is structured. Accordingly SDM has re-earned its contractors’ qualification certificate on road and transportation, buildings and ground excavations fields within a proper period in the last June, which is valid until June 2024.
Start of Birjand-Younesi Railway Construction
Zahedan-Birjand Railway Construction Project and its connection to Bafgh–Mashhad railway is an important and strategic project. This project with the length of 901km starts from Zahedan and reaches Zabul City and Milk Zero Point, between Zahedan – Dashtak , passing along the Zahedan – Zabul highway.
SDM back again in Gol Gohar Mine
In the 80’s and 90’s, SDM has been active in the exploitation of the iron ore in Gol-e Gohar, Chadormalu and Choghart mines. This company has reappeared with its machinery unit in Gol-e Gohar Mine, utilizing equipment capabilities as well as technical personnel expertise and is assisting in mineral extraction and transportation projects.
Opening and Utilizing of the Mianeh-Bostanabad Railway
Mianeh-Bostanabad Railway in Mianeh-Tabriz route, an honorable case in the engineering history of Iran, opened in early December 2019. SDM Company, the contractor of section 5 of the Mianeh-Tabriz Railway, along with other contractors, has been a major contributor to this national honor.
